Suggested donation on day of event
of $20 per person will go directly to the Kassel Smit Make a
Difference Fund.
This fund provides scholarships (8 so
far!). These Scholarships($2,000 each) are character based
and awarded to college bound students who have been able to
"Make a Difference", just as Kassel had in his short life time.
This fund is managed by Triangle Community Foundation, direct

Come early and enjoy the park! | Registration, meet and greet!
We
will not be having a formal run, but there are many routes
around Bond Park that folks can run, walk, jog prior to the
event! The 2 mile lake route includes the site of Kassel's
Eagle Project which is a retaining wall to make the trail
more safe. Bond Park, Cary |
